Printellea sells digital products only. All products available through our store are digital downloads, and no physical items will be shipped.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the digital files have been made available for download or accessed.

By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access to your download, you agree to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, you may lose your right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once access to the digital content begins.

Problems With Your Download

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue with your files, receive an incorrect file, or believe that the digital product is defective or materially different from its description, please contact us at printellea@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Where appropriate, we will help resolve the problem, provide a replacement or corrected file, or issue a refund where required.

Change of Mind

Because our products are digital and cannot be physically returned, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once the digital files have been supplied or accessed.

Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

Cancellations
